JEREMY PETERS

Jeremy first joined the BASIC Fund Board of Directors in 2015. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara, where he studied Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Jeremy was first introduced to BASIC Fund in 2003 by our former Director and Board President, J. William Morris III, who was then West Area Managing Partner of KPMG Audit. Jeremy helped Bill construct the financial foundation of BASIC Fund—creating our accounting system and setting up our financial records. Now a Partner at KPMG and Board Treasurer himself, Jeremy brings his financial expertise to manage our annual financial audit and remains committed to ensuring our finances are clear, transparent, and compliant with all legal requirements.
